I started Palm Property Management because I believed Sunshine Coast landlords deserved something better than what was on offer.

After 25 years in the industry, managing two Queensland offices and close to 2,000 properties for Australia's largest independent property management company, I wanted to build something more personal. A business where every investor works directly with someone who knows their property and actually picks up the phone. Seven years on, that's still what drives us every single day.
